How to Reset Firefox using Reset Button Feature in Firefox 13

We install a fresh copy of Firefox. And everything is perfect for few days. Web pages open up in seconds. But after few days Firefox starts to getting slower and slower. Probably there should be one or more tool bars, running on unknown home page and more strange things.

In order to solve this situation Firefox is introducing a  Reset Firefox button in Firefox 13 which is currently on beta. You can access this feature by clicking the Firefox button and go to help section and select Troubleshooting Information.

Clicking on this button will set your profile to brand new default profile with default settings.

Firefox will also copy your browsing history, cookies, saved form history, saved passwords, and bookmarks.

This means that you will have a fresh copy of Firefox, but with all of your personal data. This works like a charm.

Download Firefox Beta and try it out.
